I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of holistic wellness practices to support and nurture others on their path to whole body-mind wellbeing. I have been committed to my yoga practice for over 16 years and have directly experienced the benefits of physical and emotional healing through consistent practice. I believe that working on the physical body directly affects the deeper aspects of our being, and that yoga is an invaluable tool for personal growth and transformation. My mission is to share the peace and expansiveness of these practices with others in a safe and warm environment.

As an Energy Medicine Practitioner, my classes interweave my extensive experience with yoga, bodywork, aromatherapy, and Ayurveda to connect with the body’s subtle energy systems, eliminate blockages, release old patterns, and activate the body’s natural healing abilities.

My yoga background is in Hatha/Tantric-based yoga, with intensive study of Kundalini yoga since 2016. I completed a 200-hour Teacher Training certification with Kim Valeri of yogaspirit® Studios under the instruction of Saskia Bergmans Smith in 2017, and began teaching yoga that same year. I am also certified in Compassionate Kundalini Yoga (Ravi Singh) and am currently completing a 200-hour TT certification at Summer School of Yin Yoga, with founder Josh Summers. I hold additional certifications in restorative, prenatal, trauma-informed, and children’s yoga and have completed several teacher training modules in the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts, including Prenatal, Restorative, and Advanced Pranayama and Anatomy. In 2018, I became certified in Ayurvedic Massage.

To become an Energy Medicine Practitioner, I studied Advanced Energy Healing with Dr. Jacqueline Kos of Guilford, CT, completing an intensive 3 1⁄2-year course of study in 2018, and I continue assisting with training new student groups. Energy healing is a holistic practice where the healer channels universal life force (or healing energy) into a patient to help balance, heal, and remove blockages from the body. A healer can help you to identify areas of imbalance in your energy fields that impact emotional, mental, and unexplained physical pain. Energy healing allows work to be done in the body while connecting to one’s mind and inner child. Through the use of unwinding, sounding, recapitulation and other techniques, the healer can go deeper into the stuck energy to restore flow, balance, harmony, and vitality within the body.

My yoga sessions are further enhanced with my knowledge of aromatherapy. I am Level 2 certified in Medicinal Aromatherapy with Wisdom of the Earth (WOTE) Essential Oils, a woman-founded and owned company in Arizona. In addition, I am studying Hellenistic Astrology with Adam Ebinbass and Sacred Astrology with Danielle Blackwood. In my seasonal Yin yoga-themed classes and healing sessions, I infuse essential oils specific to astrology and the 5 Element Theory.

I hold a master’s degree in Education and Special Education from SCSU, New Haven. I taught for 10 years at Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES) in Hamden, CT, with emphasis on high-risk youth.

Ayurveda science, Chinese Medicine, and herbalism are my newer passions. I also enjoy hiking, bicycling, photography, supporting the local music scene, gardening, and time by the sea.

Michaels is a Wisdom of the Earth Medicinal Aromatherapist and (LMT) massage therapist specializing in holistic aromatherapy massage.

She graduated from the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy in 1994 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Michaels is the spa coordinator and head therapist at Adobe Grand Villas’ boutique bed and breakfast, a part-time therapist at Rouge boutique hotel, the aromatherapy instructor at Sedona School of Massage for beginning Massage Therapist students and runs an independent practice.

She is a National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork-approved instructor of continuing education courses in aromatherapy, and owns the boutique business Cosmic Essential Oils. She lives in Sedona, Arizona.

My healing activity with WOTE essence is based in Japan, and it is expanding worldwide. I provides both private and group sessions, and also organizing oversea tour and events. Traveling all around the world throughout the year. Already been to 50 countries, and over 170 cities, visiting sacred places.

I share with a lot of people around the world; a wonderful life of harmony with nature and the universe through WOTE essences. Inviting spiritual healing to Japan, and also plans to organizes workshops related to WOTE essences & higher consciousness.

John is a Nationally Certified and Connecticut Licensed Massage Therapist, as well as an Advanced Certified Wisdom of the Earth Medicinal Aromatherapist, Reiki Master, TSR practitioner, and an Advanced Theta Healing Practitioner.

He is the founder of Tru Elements and resides in West Hartford, CT. John’s deep love for humanity and Nature has led him to provide a safe space for others to transform and heal themselves through a deeper connection to Earth.

John works with clients of all ages; hosting a variety of events such as Guided Essence Meditations; and several other events that are catered to inspire and educate about the Earth and all her inhabitants. John also teaches many workshops and certification courses live and online in Medicinal Aromatherapy to provide an avenue for deeper self exploration via plant spirit medicine.

John continues to learn on a daily basis from the plants, trees and crystals. Cynthia J Olivera is a Master Aromatherapist, sacred anointer (Myrrhophore), spiritual and creative mentor, and the Educational Director for Wisdom of the Earth. For over two decades, she has deepened her connection with the plant kingdom and its sacred essences, guiding others to do the same. Her journey is one of love, remembrance, and profound listening to the wisdom of nature.

Beginning her career in music, movement, and storytelling for children, Cynthia’s work evolved into guiding both children and adults in movement for brain integration and meditation. She later developed Inner Landscape Work™, a unique movement and meditation process that empowers individuals to reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom through the loving presence of the plant devas.

As a sacred anointer, known in ancient times as a Myrrhophore, Cynthia honors the practice of anointing as a powerful act of devotion and transformation. In her book, The Book of Anointing: A Divine Rebellious Act of Love, she helps others rediscover the divine light within through sacred anointing rituals. She also co-authored Voices of Light, Voices of Love, Messages from the Plants and Trees, weaving together messages from the plant realm.

Rooted in a lineage of mother curanderos from the Caribbean—stretching back to the high kingdoms of Africa and the Mediterranean—Cynthia carries the ancestral gift of listening to the voices of plants. Through deep humility and devotion, she honors and amplifies the love and light that exists in all things.
