The Sacred Art of Dreaming a New World

In the midst of the collective intensity we have been moving through over these past months, I found myself asking a simple but profound question: What can I offer to help bring balance to the world?

I noticed how easily I was being pulled into the emotional current of global events, and I realized it was essential to shift my perspective. Rather than being consumed by what is unfolding, I felt called to consciously participate in creating something new. I believe now, more than ever, that we must gather in community—to lift our frequency, to anchor presence, and to dream together.

What kind of world do we truly want for our children… for the future?

Our attention is constantly being pulled outward, hijacked by the noise of the world, and in doing so, we forget something essential: We are the dreamers of reality.

And we have the capacity to dream a different future into being.

With this knowing, I gathered a small group of friends. We anointed ourselves with Mugwort, an ancient ally known to open the gates of dreaming and deepen our connection to the imaginal realms. Sitting in sacred circle, each of us shared not only our personal dreams, but our visions for humanity.

There was a palpable shift.

We lit a fire and offered our dreams into the flames—allowing them to be carried, received, and witnessed in the unseen realms.

It was powerful. It was real. And it reminded me of something simple and universal:

At our core, we all long for the same things—a safe home, healthy families, nourishing food, and vibrant, connected communities.

These are not complicated dreams. They are shared human truths.

And so I invite you…

Create your own dream circles.
Gather with others.

Anoint, sit, breathe, and imagine together.

If there are forces in the world dreaming conflict into existence, then we can consciously counterbalance by dreaming peace, harmony, and coherence.

When we gather and focus our intention, when we bring love and imagination into form, something begins to shift. Field by field. Heart by heart.

We are not separate from this reality.
We are the ones dreaming it.
And we can choose to dream a new way into being.

~Maven Mugwort called to me. Her voice distorted, warped, contorted, but yet so firm and sure. Mugwort’s haunting wail upon the wind, “I will teach you, pick me!”

~As I used the essence, I came to feel that Mugwort helped me realize the wishes and intentions that I had in my mind. She helped me draw out the wisdom and talent that I innately have.
