As the seasons shift from the soft green of spring into the bright, expansive heat of summer, the body asks for support that is cooling, clarifying, strengthening, and uplifting. June’s collection brings together ten plant allies that help the system transition with ease — oils that clear the breath, calm inflammation, support digestion, brighten the mind, and nourish the skin.
Once again, here is the “administrative” side of participating in our monthly Promotion. Please read these instructions, even if you have participated before, as some ordering aspects may have changed.
1. The 40% off promotional offer on these select items runs Friday, June 19th, starting at 12:01 am, and ends Sunday, June 21st at midnight, Mountain Standard Time. Insurance is included in the shipping cost, which covers leakage, damage or loss.
2. If you normally order through your Wisdom of the Earth teacher or distributor, please do so for this promotion. You will receive the same 40% discount you would receive ordering directly from us, and doing so honors the ongoing relationship you have with our representative. They are also able to advise if you have questions regarding whether something would be helpful for you, and how to apply it most effectively for the use you have in mind, etc.
3. We have programmed the website to reflect the 40% off prices for these ten items; for reference, the regular price is shown in the product descriptions below. When you place an order for any of these ten products, the discounted price will be applied automatically. No coupons are necessary.
4. The name of each product in the descriptions below is a link to the product on our website’s on-line store, if you want to go directly to it. Or, you can just make a list of the ones you are interested in as you read through the descriptions, and use the search function on the website to take you to them when you are ready to order. The picture of each plant, with the name of the product in the center that accompanies the description, is also a “link”, and if you click on the name it will take you to that product’s location in the e-store as well.
5. The promotional pricing cannot be combined with any other discount you may qualify for on these ten items (for example, our 10% discount for locals), however if you wish to include other regularly priced items in your order, just enter your regular discount code, and it will be applied to the other, non-promotional products.
6. Please remember, these promotions result in lots of orders in a short amount of time, so we appreciate your patience, as it may take considerably longer than usual to process and ship promotional orders. If you have not received notice by email that your order has shipped by Friday, July 3, 2026 , please contact us so we can research the status of your order.
7. Important Notice! If you experience any problems placing your order during the promotion, please let us know right away via the website’s Contact Us form, or email me at [email protected] explaining the issue. If we aren’t able to get back to you until after the promotion ends, we will happily honor the promotional pricing as long as you contact us during the active promotional period. Please keep in mind that because these promotional windows require reprogramming of our e-commerce system, we are unable to extend or honor the discounted pricing for any requests or inquiries received after the promotion has officially closed. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
There may be some products in the Promotion you have never heard of…this is a great opportunity to try something you have not used before. As always, we will highlight the healing properties of each product; for your broader information, cultural and spiritual aspects of these beautiful offerings will be noted, as well.

Basil, Exotic (Chavicol)
Ocimum basilicum var. basilicum
Exotic Basil, a bright and intense herbaceous essential oil, is an aromatic companion for our Spring into Summer transition. As the seasons shift, our bodies and minds often struggle to keep pace with longer days and rising temperatures, leaving us feeling sluggish or ungrounded. This stimulating, high-chavicol chemotype delivers a sharp, anise-like aroma that instantly cuts through seasonal stagnation. It re-energizes your system, providing the vital physical momentum and mental sharpness needed to embrace the active, vibrant energy of the summer months ahead.
Medicinal benefits: Eases muscle cramps, digestive spasms, and menstrual tension. Stimulates digestion to alleviate bloating. Provides deep respiratory support to open congested airways. Exotic Basil, applied topically, enhances circulation to soothe arthritic joint discomfort.
Emotional/spiritual properties: Basil Exotic banishes severe mental fatigue, restoring sharp clarity and motivated focus to an overworked mind. It builds inner resilience, strengthens personal boundaries, and transforms heavy stagnation. Spiritually, it acts as a powerful shield to deflect negative external energies and purify the aura.
Historical significance: Derived from the Greek word for “king,” this royal botanical has an interesting history. It was used by ancient Egyptians to symbolically unlock heaven’s gates for passing souls. Ancient Hindu traditions utilized it as a protective safeguard for the dead, and the Eastern Orthodox Church later integrated it into ceremonial holy water.
Retail Price: 15 ml $34; 120 ml $238
Eucalyptus, Blue Gum (Organic)
Eucalyptus globulus
Blue Gum Eucalyptus is a cooling, expansive essential oil that opens the breath and clears heat from the body. Its crisp, penetrating aroma feels like fresh air moving through a stuffy room — a reset for the respiratory system. As temperatures rise, this oil becomes a powerful ally for maintaining clear breathing and reducing the heaviness that can accompany seasonal transitions.
Medicinal benefits: Expectorant, decongestant, antiseptic. Supports sinus clarity, eases coughs, reduces respiratory inflammation, and helps the body release heat.
Emotional/spiritual properties: Clears mental congestion, supports emotional release, and helps restore a sense of spaciousness. Often used to “open the lungs” both physically and energetically.

Melissa
Melissa officinalis
Melissa (Lemon Balm) essential oil is considered one of the crown jewels of aromatherapy because it is both extraordinarily rare and extraordinarily therapeutically potent. Farmers report that it takes 3.5 tons of plant material to produce one pound of oil. Clearly it adds great value to health and well-being, or it would not be so commercially successful despite the cost of production.
This gentle, yet powerful medicine from the plant kingdom soothes the nervous system, supports digestion, and helps the body unwind from stress. As summer begins and schedules shift, Melissa offers a steadying presence, and its soft, lemony aroma is a reminder to slow down and breathe.
Medicinal benefits: Calming, antispasmodic, antiviral. Supports sleep, digestion, immune function, and stress reduction. Also soothes menopausal symptoms. Melissa is an effective antioxidant, making it a must-have in high-end skin care products or a perfect addition to your facial regimen.
Emotional/spiritual properties: Melissa eases emotional overwhelm, calms anxiety, and supports emotional relaxation.
Historical significance: Used in ancient Greek and Roman medicine; cultivated in medieval monastic gardens for its calming and restorative properties.
Retail Price: 2 ml $85; 5 ml $185; 15 ml $481
Myrtle, Honey
Myrtus communis
Honey Myrtle is sweet and resinous with a soft herbal honey aroma that feels both cleansing and comforting. Its gentle nature makes it suitable for children and sensitive individuals.
Medicinal benefits: Honey Myrtle contains the highest natural citral content of any Melaleuca species — citral being a potent antimicrobial compound. This makes it a great choice for clearing an interior environment via diffusion. Anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and supports cell regeneration (wound healing). Supports respiratory opening.
Emotional/spiritual properties: Associated with vitality, beauty, and gentle purification. Helps restore emotional balance and fosters a sense of uplifting, inner brightness.
Historical significance: Sacred to ancient Mediterranean cultures, especially associated with Aphrodite and Venus. Used in ritual, medicine, and perfumery for thousands of years.
