The mind-body connection to emotional and physical stress and the oils that calm us - In this session, we briefly discuss the unique characteristics of the chosen essence(s).  Then, engage in an incredibly valuable process that gives individuals the space and supportive environment to clear, rest, relax, and enjoy meditation in motion, breathwork, guided journaling, and many masterful techniques from around the US and abroad.  You will return home feeling light, nourished, and refreshed.
