Learn how to work with one of the gentlest forms of aromatherapy, the hydrolats. More commonly referred to as hydrosols or flower waters.
In this class, we will discuss what they are exactly, and the wide variety of ways to work with them. These make a beautiful alternative to working with high potency essential oils as well as a fabulous way to complement any work with essential oils.
