The holidays can stir a lot within us — moments of connection and joy alongside old patterns, grief, and emotional overwhelm. This gathering offers space to slow down, come back to yourself, and explore how boundaries can create room for genuine care and unconditional love.

Together we’ll reflect, share, and practice simple tools to stay grounded, clear, and kind to yourself through the season. You’ll leave with ways to move through whatever arises with more steadiness and compassion.
