With their ancestral wisdom, aromatic essences guide us in these modern times to promote a mental, physical, and spiritual balance. In this course, we will explore over 50 essential oils and their multidimensional uses: we will discuss common myths, learn about the systems of the body and the essences that support them, and practice multiple application methods using essential oils and hydrolats. This course is a powerful opportunity to obtain ancestral knowledge through the plant kingdom and live an authentic life in connection with nature.
