While the meeting announcement focuses on the example of morning “low energy”, the oils can address chronic low physical energy, emotional lethargy, and general exhaustion from an over-crowded schedule. Interrupted sleep can cause morning energy loss, so we can cover that too, if it is of interest to the group.
