How to create/edit an Event

Step 1: Log into wisdomoftheearth.com/wp-admin

Step 2: At the top of the page, hover over the Events menu and click Edit Event.

Step 3: Click on Drafts and select Duplicate under the template name. (Refer to the screenshot where buttons are arranged vertically.)

Step 4: Locate and open the duplicate draft to begin editing.

Step 5: Edit Event Details:

  • Update the name and description of the event or class.
  • Modify or remove headings in the text field as needed.
  • Enter the event dates (single-day or a range). If All day Event is selected, the event time will not be displayed.

Step 6: Select an address from the dropdown menu or enter a new one.

Step 7: Add or Edit Organizer:

    • Choose an organizer from the dropdown or create a new one.
    • You can add additional organizers, but only one photo can be attached.

Step 8: Upload a new photo from your computer or select an existing media file from the gallery.

Step 9: Scroll up to the right side of the page to find these options:

  • Save Draft to continue editing later.
  • Preview to check how it will appear.
  • Publish to make the event live immediately.
